The Golden Gate Area Council’s NESA committee is excited to announce a refreshed version of the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award page. With help from volunteers, council professionals, and national professionals, the refreshed page preserves the history and prestige of each Distinguished Eagle Scout Award. On the page, you will find photos of the recipients and the citation that accompanied their award.
Patrick Jaime and Melody Fewx were awarded the Western Region Venturing Leadership Award for 2021, during a Western Region Venturing Officers’ Association Open House.
Eagle Scout Andrew Steckner was elected to lead the National Venturing Officers’ Association. Andrew will begin his term on June 1st, 2021.

In a non-covid time, the Chief Solano district has an annual dinner which includes a video of projects. For obvious reasons they didn’t have their dinner this year but still created the video and made home delivery of their usual awards.
